Q. How will my product be shipped?

All orders are shipped via UPS, or US Postal Service. For orders weighing less than 2 pounds (actual weight), we may ship USPS for quicker delivery to you. The shipping costs are the same for either UPS or USPS if under 2 pounds weight in most areas.

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?

Usually 3 - 8 business days after you place your order, depending on where you live.

Q. Do you take international orders?

Yes we do, although these orders must be placed by phone. Shipping will be through the United States Postal Service, and shipping prices may be high for some locations. There may also be additional fees for imports, and currency exchange. For international orders call 717-840-0770.

Q. Can I order by mail and pay with a check?
A.
Yes, many people order by mail but it will take about a week longer. Go through the checkout process online, until you come to the screen where it asks for credit card info. Print the screen and use that as your order form. Make a second copy for your records if you wish.
