Most orders are shipped complete within 2 - 3 days from date
of order, via Ground UPS, US Mail or DHL.
Back Orders
While we strive to keep everything in stock, it is not always
possible. Our current order fill rate is 97% complete within 3 business days. Purple Martin Houses are made to order, and are usually shipped within 3 business days. If there are any items that can't be shipped within 5 business days,
we will call or e-mail you with the expected ship date. Delivery time will
vary depending on your location.
Checking Your Order
Status
You can check the status of your order at any time. Make sure
you write down or print a copy of your order confirmation number. To check on the status of the order, just click on
Order Tracking which is located at the upper left corner of every page. Enter
your order number for the shipment and follow the simple instructions. If you would like to check your order status by phone, please call 877-843-0770.
Special Shipping
In some cases, we may be able to ship orders by UPS Next Day Air. To find out if this is possible; you must call 877-843-0770 before you place your order.
Returns
We firmly stand behind all products bought from Amish Gourds. If you receive an item that you're not happy with, we will gladly replace it free of charge, as long as you notify us by e-mail within 15 days of shipment date. Shipping costs are the responsiblity of the purchaser.
Please e-mail us at returns@amishgourds.com as soon as you have inspected your shipment. State the reason you are not happy with the item. Include your order number, phone number where you can be reached during business hours and evening hours, and we will contact you. At that time, we will give you instructions on how to send the item back. Once we receive the item, we will send a replacement.
